Yes. As a wholesaler, we fulfill orders starting from a minimum of one pallet, which is approximately 350 kg of our product mix.
Yes. Our warehouses are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Upon placing an order, we confirm product availability and provide an estimated shipping time within 24 hours. Typically, goods are dispatched within 7-10 business days from the order date.
After shipping your order, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
In such cases, please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected], providing information about the discrepancies or damages. Please report any discrepancies to the driver during delivery for them to be noted in the transport company’s information system.
For quality returns, you have 60 days to report them to Customer Service. The report should include the exact product name, delivery date, reason for the complaint, quantity, and photos of the product.
If the delivered package raises concerns – arrived in poor condition or with visible damages, please make a damage report with the driver and send this information via email along with photos of the report and damages.
We aim to process complaints as quickly as possible, but we reserve a 14-day period for complaint processing.
Yes. Products can be returned within 60 days from the date of receiving the order.
