How can I place an order?
After contacting Customer Service, you will gain access to our sales platform located at http://witbar.irone.pl/, through which you can place orders.
Is there a minimum order value?

Yes. As a wholesaler, we fulfill orders starting from a minimum of one pallet, which is approximately 350 kg of our product mix.

How can I receive my order?
For orders above 1 pallet, we offer free delivery within the European Union after prior acceptance of transport conditions. Outside the EU, please direct inquiries to Customer Service for a transportation cost estimate.
Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Our warehouses are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

How long will I wait for my order to be shipped?

Upon placing an order, we confirm product availability and provide an estimated shipping time within 24 hours. Typically, goods are dispatched within 7-10 business days from the order date.

How can I find out where my order is?

After shipping your order, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

What can I do if the contents of the delivery do not match the placed order or if I receive a damaged product?

In such cases, please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected], providing information about the discrepancies or damages. Please report any discrepancies to the driver during delivery for them to be noted in the transport company’s information system.

For quality returns, you have 60 days to report them to Customer Service. The report should include the exact product name, delivery date, reason for the complaint, quantity, and photos of the product.

What should I do if my package was damaged during transport?

If the delivered package raises concerns – arrived in poor condition or with visible damages, please make a damage report with the driver and send this information via email along with photos of the report and damages.

How long will my complaint be processed?

We aim to process complaints as quickly as possible, but we reserve a 14-day period for complaint processing.

Can I return purchased goods?

Yes. Products can be returned within 60 days from the date of receiving the order.

How can I return the goods?

The goods should be returned to the address of our warehouse: WITBAR, Wieczyn 9a, 63-300 Pleszew, Poland.
